Remove peas from pods.
Wash them well
Heat water, add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar, bring to a boil.
Cook the peas for 2 mins. Finally, drain and allow them to cool down.
Finally, place the cooked peas in freezer bags. You can now enjoy fresh peas in any form you want, for the next two months.
